Service Agreement for Paid Speaking Bootcamp

Parties

  1. Service Provider: Wendy Babcock, Paid Stage Speaker Coach
  2. Client

Service Description Wendy Babcock offers a comprehensive 3-Day Paid Speaking Bootcamp designed to equip service-based coaches and entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge necessary to become successful paid speakers. The bootcamp includes training on topic selection, signature talk creation, audience identification, and effective pitching strategies.

Duration The bootcamp is conducted over three consecutive days, once every quarter. The specific dates for each session will be provided upon registration.

Fees The total fee for the bootcamp is $1497 unless discounted or a payment arrangement has been made. This fee is payable in full upon registration.

Services Provided

  • Interactive workshops and sessions covering various aspects of paid speaking.
  • Materials and resources necessary for the bootcamp.
  • Personalized feedback and coaching.
  • Access to recorded sessions post-bootcamp for a period of 6 months.

Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable: All fees are non-refundable. However, if circumstances prevent you from attending the bootcamp, you may transfer your registration to the next available bootcamp dates. To qualify for a transfer, you must notify Wendy Babcock at least 15 days prior to the start of the originally scheduled bootcamp.

  • Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend the bootcamp and have notified us within the required timeframe, your registration can be transferred to the next scheduled bootcamp. Only one transfer per registration is allowed, and the transfer must be used within one year of the original bootcamp date.

Intellectual Property All materials provided during the bootcamp, including but not limited to worksheets, presentations, and handouts, are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of Wendy Babcock. These materials may not be distributed, copied, or used without explicit written consent from Wendy Babcock.

Limitation of Liability Wendy Babcock is not liable for any personal injury or any loss of income, profit, or data related to or arising out of participation in the bootcamp.

Agreement to Terms By signing this agreement, the client agrees to the terms outlined above and commits to participating in the Paid Speaking Bootcamp as scheduled.
