TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND ATTENDANCE

Thank you for registering for the Legendary Women in Business Experience ("LWIB"). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION
    • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
    • Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
    • We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person who cannot provide proof of registration.
  2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
    • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or event changes.
    • In the event of cancellation by the organizers, attendees may be offered credit toward future events at the sole discretion of LWIB.
  3. TICKET TRANSFERS
    • Tickets may be transferred to another individual.
    • All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than April 1, 2026.
    • Transfer requests must include the original purchaser's name and the transferee's full name, email address, and phone number.
    • No transfers will be processed after April 1, 2026.
  4. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
    • By attending LWIB, you grant the organizers the right to use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation.
    • You agree not to record, stream, or broadcast any portion of the event without prior written permission.
  5. CODE OF CONDUCT
    • LWIB is committed to providing a harassment-free, inclusive experience for all attendees.
    • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
    • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person deemed disruptive to the event.
  6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
    • LWIB and its organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance at the event.
    • You assume all risks associated with attending the event, including potential exposure to communicable diseases.
    • You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.
  7. PROGRAM CHANGES
    • LWIB reserves the right to modify the event program, including but not limited to speakers, activities, and schedule, without prior notice.
    • No refunds will be issued due to program changes.
  8. GOVERNING LAW
    • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
    • Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wisconsin.
