Terms and Conditions for Mic Drop Magic Event

1. Event Registration and Fees

  • All attendees must register through the official Mic Drop Magic website or authorized platforms.
  • Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees cover entry to the event, access to all sessions, and materials provided during the event.
  • Registration is non-transferable without prior approval from the event organizers.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All registration fees are non-refundable. Please consider your availability carefully before registering.
  • In the unlikely event that Mic Drop Magic is canceled, registrants will be offered a full credit towards a future event hosted by Mic Drop Magic. Mic Drop Magic is not responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content presented at Mic Drop Magic, including speeches, presentations, and materials, are the exclusive property of the event organizers and presenters. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
  • Participants grant Mic Drop Magic and its designated agents the right to use their image and voice in any official event photography, video, or audio recordings.

4. Conduct and Behavior

  • Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, speakers, and staff. Mic Drop Magic reserves the right to remove any participant deemed to be behaving inappropriately without any refund.

5. Data Protection

  • By registering for Mic Drop Magic, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy available on the event’s website. This includes the use of such information for the purpose of conducting and promoting the event.

6. Changes to the Event

  • Mic Drop Magic reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice. Such changes will not affect the cancellation policy.

7. Liability

  • Mic Drop Magic, its organizers, sponsors, and speakers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any other unexpected events which may occur due to any cause whatsoever.
