Legendary Women in Business will take place at The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, in the Oakton Ballroom.

The Oakton Ballroom is an elegant, spacious event room within the hotel and was intentionally chosen to support focused conversations, comfort, and an elevated experience.

Is parking available?

Yes. The Ingleside Hotel has its own on-site parking lot, and parking is complimentary for all attendees. There is no fee to park.

The Oakton Ballroom also has its own dedicated entrance, making arrival and departure easy and convenient.

Are restrooms easily accessible?

Yes. The Oakton Ballroom has direct access to nearby restrooms, so you won’t need to navigate through the hotel during sessions.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes. The Ingleside Hotel is a handicap-accessible property.

What is the Legends Gala?

The Legends Gala is an elevated evening experience designed to celebrate visibility, authority, and leadership.

The evening begins with a pink carpet arrival for all attendees, complete with professional photography and on-camera interviews. This isn’t about performing—it’s about being seen in a space that reflects the level you’re stepping into.

After the pink carpet experience, we’ll transition into a seated dinner together.

What happens after that?
That part is intentionally a surprise—and one you won’t want to miss.

Do I have to walk the pink carpet?

Every attendee is invited to participate.

The pink carpet is a shared experience and a spotlight moment. It’s designed to be fun, celebratory, and empowering, whether this is your first time in front of a camera or something you’re already comfortable with.

What should I wear?

Attire is completely optional and open to interpretation.

You can:

• Go all out and dress for a traditional gala

• Wear what you wore during the day

• Have fun with it—80s prom night, creative flair, bold expression, or anything that feels like you

There is no dress code—only an invitation to show up in a way that feels aligned and confident.

That said, the camera will be on and ready to capture the moment, so you may want to consider how you’d like to use the photos and video we’ll be sharing on social media afterward.

Will photos and video be taken?

Yes. Professional photography and on-camera interviews will take place throughout the pink carpet experience and evening.

These moments are designed to capture you as you are—present, confident, and stepping into bigger visibility.

What should I expect during the conference?

Legendary Women in Business is designed to feel intentional, elevated, and welcoming—not overwhelming.

You can expect:

Will I be expected to participate or speak?

Participation is always optional.

You’ll have opportunities to engage, contribute, and connect—but how you show up is completely up to you. Some women come ready to share and speak. Others prefer to listen, reflect, and observe.

But definitely be prepared to have fun, get up and dance (if that's your thing) and participate as much as feels comfortable for you.  We do encourage you to push a little outside your comfort zone if you're willing.

Is this a beginner-level event?

No.

This experience is designed for women who already have a business, a message, or a platform—and are ready to elevate how they’re seen and positioned.

If you’re looking for entry-level business instruction, this isn’t the right room.
If you’re ready to think bigger and play at a higher level, it is.
