🔒 Coaching Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in 1:1 Coaching with Wendy Babcock, you agree to the following terms:

📌 Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • No partial refunds will be given for unused sessions, missed appointments, or early cancellations.

  • Monthly payments (for On-Demand or Payment Plans) are automatically billed and non-refundable once processed.

📅 Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Coaching includes one (1) 60-minute call per week, scheduled on a recurring day/time.

  • If you need to reschedule a call, you must do so via text or email at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed or canceled calls without 24-hour notice will be forfeited and cannot be made up.

❌ Cancelation Policy

  • You may cancel your coaching package at any time with written notice via email or text.

  • Cancelation will apply to the following billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing cycle.

💬 Communication Policy

  • Ongoing support is provided via the Marco Polo app and text during regular business hours, Monday–Friday.

  • Wendy does not guarantee immediate responses but will reply as soon as reasonably possible.
