By accepting these terms, you (“Attendee”) indicate that you understand the following conditions:

Warrior Unchained Live will not issue refunds for the event registration fee for any reason (you may transfer your ticket by notifying us at [email protected].
Warrior Unchained Live is not responsible if the event is canceled, delayed, moved, or postponed by reason of fire, natural disaster, death, illness, or incapacity of Warrior Unchained Live (including any illness or incapacity due to COVID-19 or other pandemic-related virus or disease); pandemic (including the COVID-10 pandemic); local, state, or national law; governmental order or regulation; or any other event beyond Warrior Unchained Live's control (collectively, “Force Majeure Event”). If the event is delayed, moved, or postponed due to a Force Majeure Event, Attendee shall be entitled to attend the event at the rescheduled date for no additional registration fee. If the event is canceled due to a Force Majeure Event, Attendee is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
You agree to release, discharge, and promise not to sue Profit Up LLC (Warrior Unchained Live) and its owners, members, agents, and employees, from all liability, claims, demands, losses, and damages that you suffer that are caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by your attendance at the event, even if same are caused in whole or in part by Warrior Unchained Live, its owners, members, agents, or employees.
You understand that the event is being held in person during the COVID-19 pandemic. Attendance at the event may lead to possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. You knowingly assume the risk of exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including COVID-19.
These conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. Whenever possible, each provision shall be interpreted to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid or enforceable provision.
