LEGENDARY WOMEN IN BUSINESS 2026 SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the individual or company purchasing a sponsorship ("Sponsor") and Wendy Babcock | WHEN Stories Media Group, the organizer of the Legendary Women in Business 2026 event (“Organizer”).

By purchasing a sponsorship, Sponsor agrees to the following terms:

1. Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsor will receive the benefits outlined in the selected sponsorship package as described on the official event landing page and/or sponsorship deck. Benefits are specific to each sponsorship level and are non-transferable.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made in writing with the Organizer. All payments are non-refundable, with the exception of Section 6 (Event Cancellation).

3. Sponsor Obligations

Sponsor agrees to provide all necessary marketing assets (logo files, ad designs, headshots, bios, etc.) by the deadline communicated by the Organizer. Failure to submit required materials by the deadline may result in exclusion from printed or digital materials without refund.

4. Event Participation

Sponsorship includes event access as stated in the selected package. Sponsor is responsible for their own travel, lodging, and any additional setup for booths or displays unless otherwise specified.

5. Code of Conduct

Sponsors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner throughout the event. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any sponsor or representative violating these expectations, without refund.

6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the event that Legendary Women in Business 2026 is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, public health emergency, venue closure), Organizer will make a good-faith effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial or full refund may be considered at Organizer’s discretion.

7. Use of Sponsor Name and Likeness

Sponsor grants permission for the Organizer to use Sponsor’s name, logo, and submitted assets in event promotions, including social media, email marketing, print materials, and event signage.

8. Liability

Sponsor agrees to hold harmless Wendy Babcock and WHEN Stories Media Group, its affiliates, employees, and venue partners from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the event.

9. Amendments

Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By proceeding with your sponsorship purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
